There will be a charge imposed for every send-in case / issue / inspection only. Customers will then be informed of other maintenance or hardware purchasing charges incurred after inspection if any.
TOP-UP DAYS FOR SYSTEM
Please be informed that top-up for your system can only be done during our office hours. Therefore, kindly ensure that payment has been cleared 7 days before outstanding to avoid your client PCs unable to boot up. Should you need any extensions, do inform our Accounts Division before your expiry. Should there be any customers that will be away for a long period, please ensure that your system has enough remaining days. We will not entertain any top-up days request off our office hours.
SYSTEM (DDS / MAU) REMAINING DAYS
Customers are responsible to ensure that their system has remaining days. Should you have any issues to “click online” or to reflect new license days in system, kindly contact our Support Line or Accounts Division.
